Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any RVA service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must comply with local laws and regulations.
RVA services are not available in restricted jurisdictions (listed separately).

User Accounts

Account creation requires accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify RVA immediately of unauthorised access.

KYC/AML & Compliance

Users must complete identity verification before accessing certain services (Exchange, Launchpad).
RVA follows FATF-aligned AML/KYC policies.
RVA may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or unlawful activity.

Use of Services

Wallet

Non-custodial; you control your private keys.
Loss of recovery phrase or keys results in permanent loss of funds.

Exchange

Subject to trading fees.
Withdrawal limits may apply.
RVA reserves the right to delist assets.

SmartChain

Decentralised blockchain; users are responsible for deployed contracts.
RVA disclaims liability for third-party smart contracts.

Launchpad

Participation subject to eligibility.
Token distributions follow vesting schedules.
RVA does not guarantee project success.

Fees and Payments

Fees are published and may change with notice.
RVA may deduct fees directly from transactions.
Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
Circumvent compliance checks.
Attack, probe, or disrupt RVA systems.
Misuse RVA branding without permission.

Risk Acknowledgement

Important Risk Warning

Digital assets are volatile and may lose value.
Transactions may be irreversible.
RVA is not liable for losses due to market fluctuations, user error, or third-party actions.

Intellectual Property

All RVA branding, logos, and software are owned by RVA.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify without prior written consent.

Termination

RVA may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Users may close accounts at any time, subject to settlement of obligations.

Limitation of Liability

RVA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is capped at the amount of fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
